GreenRamp 1988-2010 Rest in Peace!

Es ist vorbei. Die GreenRamp ist Geschichte. Ich kann kaum glauben, dass die Rampe fast mein halbes Leben da war. Ich kam leider zu spät um ein Stück Metall mitzunehmen. Der Spot geht, die Erinnerung bleibt für immer. Ruhe in Frieden gute alte Rampe, ich war gestern vert skaten.

It is over. The GreenRamp is history. I cannot believe that this ramp has been there almost half of my life. I was too late to take a piece of metal with me. The spot goes the memories remain forever. Rest in peace good old ramp, I went skating vert yesterday.

Alex Zosel Streetollie 1980

Dies ist Alex Zosel bei einem flatland Ollie im Jahre 1980 in der Straße die zu unserer späteren Halfpipe führte. Damals dachte noch niemand bei uns an flatland ollies. Ich weiß nicht genau wann Rodney Mullens berühmte Ollie sequence im Thrasher erschienen ist. Ich weiß nur dass das 1980 war und Alex sich um 180 Grad frontside drehte. An straight hatten wir noch nicht gedacht.  

This is Alex Zosel and a flatland ollie in 1980 on the street which led to our halfpipe that was built a year later. Nobody thought of flatland ollies around here at that time. I don´t know exactly when Rodney Mullens famous sequence was published in Trasher. I just know that this was 1980 and Alex turned 180 frontside when doing this move, nobody thought of going straight ollie back then.
